Erin Michelle Burk is a documentary photographer based in Chicago, USA.
Born in the United States and partially raised on a missile test site in the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Erin graduated from Ohio University's School of Visual Communication in Dec 2022 having studied photojournalism and specialized in historical research and writing with a focus on Chinese history and contemporary politics. She is an alumna of the Eddie Adams Workshop and her clients include the Smithsonian Center for Folklife and Cultural Heritage, the TedX Program, and more. When not out photographing, Erin can be found searching for stray cats, summer rainstorms, and a great latte.
Available for assignment in Chicago, the Midwest, and beyond.
